Our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks. This allows for delivery of materials that are specially ordered in for your frame. Large and unusual items can take longer and at busy times of the year such as Christmas it is best to allow at least 4 weeks. However, if you are in a hurry, let us know and we'll do our best to help you meet your deadline.
This is a tricky question as there are many different frames, glass and mountboards to choose from and it depends on how big and precious the artwork is. We can often tailor the framing to suit a particular budget. We have a pricing software system that gives us consistent pricing and takes these things into account and we will always be fair.
We frame to the Fine Art Trade Guilds 4 levels of framing and operate to their Code of Ethics
YES, we offer discounts for multiple frame orders and also to professional artists and students. We also like to support local Art Groups and Societies and their members also receive discounts.
Yes, we are very happy to replace broken glass for you. We will need to check the frame it's going in to make sure it is robust enough to take the new glass.
We are able to accept payment in the following ways:
BACS Transfer - contact us for our bank details.
iZettle / Online Banking- we use a secure payment system and portable handheld machine to accept all debit/credit card payments in the Workshop on collection or delivery. We can also take payment over the phone or by sending you online payment links or an invoice. Let us know which you prefer to do.
We do incur a charge for using this service so our preferred method of payment is BACS transfer but we are happy to accept payment in any form of course!
PayPal - log in to your PayPal account and make your payment to Cassons Framing using the address dean_casson@hotmail.com
You can pay using all major credit/ cards via our secure PayPal service using the PayPal button BELOW. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.
For security, this service does not access your account with us, so the transaction is classified as a 'Donation' until the funds are received by us and allocated to your account. Please mention your name as the Donation Reference.
ONLINE ORDERS - our online shop links to the Square secure online payment system and is able to process all major credit and debit cards at the time of order. The system will provide you with an email/txt message receipt of your purchase.
