As a small independent business that prides itself on the quality of its products and service, we hope to gain all of the business we need from return customers, recommendations, and from our website and social media activity.
We do not send our customers relentless marketing material. We send out daily (but more likely weekly) snippets of what we’re doing on our social media pages, and if we have something more important to say we will send an email to our subscribers only.

Below is an explanation of the information we keep and what we do with it. Should you have any concerns over the information we may hold, or would like us to remove any information we may have about you from our systems, please get in touch.
Mailing List
Infrequent email for when we've got something important to say. Only sent to subscribed members, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Only name and email address are collected, and details are not used for any other purpose or passed on to any third party.
Booking System
When you book an appointment with us, we will record this on our booking system. We use an interface between our website provider and calender for this and record the following information:
- Name - for identification.
- Phone number - so we can contact you in the event of the need to discuss anything to do with your booking. If this is a mobile number, we will also send you an appointment reminder by text message beforehand.
- Email address - so we can send you a booking confirmation.
- Address (if booking a delivery) - so we know where to deliver your order.
Once your appointment is over, this information is not used for any other purpose other than to refer back ourselves should the need arise. It remains on our booking system indefinitely to allow this. It is not passed on to any other party.
Order System
When you place an order with us, we will record this on our order system. We use Framr pricing software for this and record the following information:
- Name - for identification
- Phone number - so we can contact you via SMS, message or call, in the event of the need to discuss anything to do with your order.
- Email address - so we can send you an order confirmation and notification of order completion.
Once your order is complete, this information is not used for any other purpose other than to refer back ourselves should the need arise (e.g. to repeat an order). It remains on our order system indefinitely to allow this. It is not passed on to any other party. We may very rarely use it to send you an important message, as mentioned above when we moved, but only if we think it is really important.
Accounts System
When you pay your bill, we will update the order but gather no other personal information. Payment details are taken by our payment service provider (iZettle) in accordance with their own privacy policies, but no payment details are passed to us. We just know that the bill has been paid.
Website Contact Form
When you contact us using the Contact form on our website, we will record this on the Contact list contained within our website, with details also being sent to us by email. It is used only to allow us to respond to your enquiry. We will record the following information:
- Name - for identification
- Email address - so we know who to reply to.
- Phone Number – so we contact you if you wish us to
This information is not used for any other purpose other than to refer back ourselves should the need arise. It remains on our contact system and email store indefinitely to allow this. It is not passed on to any other party.
Website Browsing
When you visit and browse our website, we gather various pieces of anonymous information and store them as cookies on your device.
